We operate on a strict no-return, no-refund, and no-exchange policy. Once an order has been processed and a DNA collection kit has been dispatched, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
Damages and Defective Kits While we do not accept returns, we are committed to ensuring you receive a working collection kit. Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at customercare.dnaplusasia@gmail.com, if the kit is defective, damaged in transit, or missing components (e.g., missing swabs or tubes) so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you accordingly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items Because our products involve the collection of personal biological samples, all DNA testing kits and associated lab services fall under the category of personal care and medical/health goods, which are strictly non-returnable.
Exchanges We do not accept exchanges for a different testing package once your original order is confirmed and processed.
