All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification with tracking details (if applicable).

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We use trusted courier services for delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

Malaysia (West & East Malaysia): 2–5 working days
International (if applicable): 5–10 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

We offer complimentary shipping for all orders. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from DNA+ are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

No Returns & Exchanges (Important)

Due to the nature of our DNA testing kits, all sales are final once the order has been shipped.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any DNA test kits that have been dispatched, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Opened or used kits
Personal preference

This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, hygiene, and safety standards.

Delays & Liability

DNA+ is not liable for any delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
